Tri City Athletic Center is a youth sports perfomance facility offering age-apporpiate programming focused on long-term athletic development. We priotize overuse and injury prevention education, and our staff are certified adolescent movement specialist who understand the unique needs of developing youth athletes.

At Tri City Athletic Center, our mission is to inspire and empower youth athletes by offering top-notch athletic skills training and comprehensive leadership development, enabling them to emerge as future leaders within our community.

Who We Are

Our specialized program is designed exclusively for young athletes, focusing on proper movement patterns and exercise sequences that elevate performance while minimizing the risk of injury. Our curriculum is designed with both athletic and academic success in mind; the rigorous hours we have dedicated to early childhood development and movement science distinguish our program from non-certified alternatives.

Each athlete learns not only how to strengthen their body but also how to strengthen their mind to build grit, resilience, determination, and communication skills.
