Our athletic programs are designed to provide significant academic benefits alongside physical training.

Scholarships

Athletes will elevate their skills while developing the leadership qualities necessary to compete for scholarships at top-rated programs.

Mental readiness

We help student-athletes navigate the various emotions regarding their athletic and academic futures by boosting mental resilience.

Coaching

Our certified coaches are former student-athletes who understand the discipline required to be successful on and off the field. They work with each athlete to develop the skills needed to succeed in all areas.

Timeless leadership traits are nurtured

Communication

Our athletics program helps build leadership skills by teaching athletes how to speak up for themselves to develop assertive speaking skills.

Advocacy

More than speaking up for themselves, we teach athletes to speak up when they witness unfairness, bullying, or bad behaviors.

Responsibility

We help students understand age appropriate responsibilities they can take on to become self-sufficient individuals who contribute well.

Accountability

Athletic programs also build accountability by showing integrity between words and actions. Students learn to put accountability to practice.

Student athletes love their experience

“TC helped me tap into my full potential as an athlete. I was able to boost my speed, agility, and explosiveness while fully understanding the exercises I was doing.”

“When I started with Coach T, I had never done weightlifting before but after a year of personal training and group classes I have developed a love for the sport and have plans on entering a competition soon.”
