TOTAL PERFOMANCE
This program is built upon the latest research in safe training methods and injury prevention. Each session is tailored to address specific areas of focus, including linear speed, acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional speed, and strength. Athletes will learn the essential skills and conditioning necessary to prevent injuries and establish a strong athletic foundation.
Ages 7-12 yrs
This comprehensive program further enhances an athlete's physical foundation while honing their skills to maximize strength, aerobic capacity, and sport-specific performance. The curriculum focuses on advanced speed training methods and strength programming to continually improve the athlete's physical base.

During the evaluation, athletes will complete a dynamic warm-up, a running analysis, and a battery of physical speed and strength test. Afterwards, we will review the results together to determine the most appropriate program for the athlete’s needs.

What do I need to wear for training?

All athletes are requested to arrive in appropriate athletic attire, including athletic shoes. Cleats or hard soled shoes are not permitted inside the facility.
How much does the program cost?

How long are the classes?
The majority of our classes typically have a duration of 45 minutes to one hour. This allows for a comprehensive workout while accommodating busy schedules.
When do the programs take place?
Recognizing that our students prioritize their academics, we have designed our programs to be available outside school hours and on the weekends.
Where do the programs take place?
Most of our programs take place at our facility. For some programs, we may meet at a local park or sports facility.
Do we have to sign a contract?
While we do not require a contract, we do recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to fully experience the benefit of our programs.
