Schedule poster for Tri City Athletic Center Fall 2026. It lists various programs for different age groups: Little Speedsters for ages 5-7 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 pm, Jump Start for ages 7-12 from Monday to Friday at 5 pm and 6 pm, Total Performance for ages 12 and up Monday to Friday at 5 pm and 6 pm, and Elite Performance for advanced athletes on Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm and Friday at 6 pm.

Our class schedules are tailored specifically for student-athletes. By providing classes after standard school hours, we enable athletes to fully commit to their training while still prioritizing their academic responsibilities.
